Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term collaboration.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
Requirements:
- 3 years of working experience as a Direct Sales Representative or a similar role in the Sales department
- Degree in a related field
- HNIs Portfolio and lead sourcing
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance
- Experience with development projects or social impact initiatives in Nigeria is a plus
- Ability to offer excellent customer service, manage time efficiently, and build a professional network
- Active listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them
- A proven track sales record will be advantageous
