Role Description
This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Direct Sales Agent located in Lekki. The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, and selling HCL's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include making sales calls and visits, understanding client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports and collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Salary
N120,000 net, Hmo, Pension, Commission etc
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales capabilities
- Basic understanding of Finance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
