Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Acquisition:

  • Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell Koolboks products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of Koolboks solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.


Market Research and Analysis

  • Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' activities


Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.


Recruitment and Team Building:

  • Assist in the recruitment of new sales agents by identifying potential candidates and participating in interviews.
  • Onboard new sales agents, providing them with the necessary training and resources to succeed.


Training and Development

  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to new and existing sales agents.
  • Share best practices and insights with the sales team.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the renewable energy or consumer electronics sectors.
  • Experience in selling off-grid solutions is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and training is a plus.


Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
