Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Sell loans to customers both physically and electronically in a courteous manner.
- Monitor customer transactions and follow up with Credit for prompt resolution of requests.
- Submit daily reports to the Team Lead and ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the day.
- Listen to customer needs and track market trends and competition.
- Work on brand values and explore new marketing tools to support sales efforts.
