Job Description/Requirements
- Project Leadership: Lead the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of LNG and CNG fueling stations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Engineering Design: Develop detailed mechanical engineering designs, including equipment selection, piping systems, pressure vessels, and storage facilities, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source equipment, negotiate contracts, and ensure on-time delivery and quality assurance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international regulations related to LNG and CNG fueling stations, ensuring all projects adhere to compliance standards.
- Safety and Environmental Focus: Prioritize safety and environmental sustainability in all aspects of project development and operations, implementing best practices for risk mitigation and emissions reduction.
- Budget and Cost Control: Manage project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices in LNG and CNG technologies.
- Operational Support: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and optimization of LNG and CNG fueling stations, addressing operational issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure the reliability and longevity of fueling station equipment and infrastructure.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in the design, construction, and operation of LNG and CNG fueling stations.
- In-depth knowledge of LNG and CNG technologies, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
- Commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
