Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilties:
- Design and implement the core MCP server architecture for products

- Create the free tier offering for market validation
- Establish security protocols exceeding legal industry standards
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Maintain awareness of emerging standards and AI integration approaches
- Make critical early architectural decisions that will scale
Requirements:
- Strong experience in building secure, scalable software systems
- Expertise in TypeScript (primary) and Python (secondary)
- Experience with modern AI and DevOps stacks
- Knowledge of MCP or similar protocols strongly preferred
- Understanding of document management systems, especially in professional services
- Experience with security-first system design for sensitive environments
- Ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic implementation
- Comfort with rapid iteration and product-market validation cycles
