Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposify Proposal Refinement: Refine and review proposal pages, ensuring compliance with brand requirements, including font, color, and logo consistency.
- Photo Asset Organization: Organize, label, and tag photo assets for future use, ensuring easy access for marketing and sales purposes.
- Sales & Marketing Asset Development: Update and edit marketing materials to align with the needs of various sales teams while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Market Research: Identify corporate event offerings (venues, restaurants, activities, etc.) and present findings to the team for potential business opportunities.
- Client Data Organization: Gather and organize client details from multiple sources into the CRM system for future outreach.
- Social Media Posting & LinkedIn Presence: Assist in increasing the company’s LinkedIn presence through consistent posting of blogs, images, and videos.
- Outreach Campaigns: Support the sales team in outlining and implementing outreach campaigns.
- Up-to-Date Proposals: Refined proposals reflecting current offerings and brand compliance.
- Organized Photo Assets: Easily accessible and labeled photo assets for projects.
- Enhanced Sales & Marketing Materials: Updated materials effectively supporting business development.
- Well-Organized Client Data: Accurate client data, efficiently integrated into the CRM.
- Improved LinkedIn Presence: Consistent, engaging social media posts targeting the right audience.
- Successful Outreach Campaigns: Organized and well-executed sales outreach campaigns.
- Experience: 2+ years in marketing, with a focus on B2B (corporate events or destination marketing experience preferred).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva for creating and editing marketing materials.
- Proposify Experience (Nice to Have): Experience updating proposals while maintaining brand consistency.
- Social Media Management: Knowledge of social media posting, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn, with an aim to increase engagement.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools for lead tracking and data management is a plus.
- Market Research Skills: Ability to gather information on industry trends and corporate offerings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Organized & Creative: Strong organizational skills, with a creative mindset to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
