Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Technician at IITA in Ibadan. The Field Technician will be responsible for conducting field experiments, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining field equipment, and assisting in research activities related to agricultural innovations. The role also involves collaborating with researchers and scientists to support ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting field experiments and data collection
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment maintenance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a research environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow protocols
- Physical stamina and willingness to work outdoors
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field
