Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and test comprehensive disaster recovery plans for critical systems, data, and applications.
- Identify vulnerabilities through Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Partner with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and external vendors to align DR strategies with business goals.
- Lead recovery efforts during disruptions, ensuring swift restoration of services.
- Conduct regular drills (tabletop exercises, failover tests) to validate plan effectiveness.
- Maintain detailed recovery procedures, contact lists, and post-incident reports.
- Educate staff on DR protocols and roles.
- Assess emerging tools (e.g., cloud recovery solutions, backup systems) to enhance resilience.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 22301, NIST) and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze incidents to refine strategies and prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Information system support, administration, risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Experience in GSM and Mobile communications technology, IT and network infrastructure, IT systems administration, Database management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in cloud technologies
- Possess skills in testing emergency response, recovery support, and business resumption procedures.
- Experience in the Support for On-prem and Cloud IT Applications.
