Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dispatch Rider with 1-2 years of experience to join our logistics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the prompt delivery of packages and documents to various locations while ensuring the safety and security of all items in transit. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong sense of responsibility. This role requires someone who can work under minimal supervision and ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to specified locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Ensure that packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including recipient details and time of delivery.
- Keep the motorcycle in good working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Communicate with the office team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
- Follow all traffic laws and ensure the safety of the public while on duty.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and adhering to delivery schedules.
- Perform other duties as required by management, such as running errands or making purchases on behalf of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider.
- A valid Rider's Permit/License.
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic laws.
- Ability to operate and maintain a motorcycle effectively.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must have a smartphone with Google Maps for navigation.
- Ability to read and write basic reports.
- Punctual and reliable with good time-management skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.
Remuneration: NGN 55,000- NGN 65,000
