Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Dispatch Rider working on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages and documents to various locations within Lagos and across different states. These daily tasks involve route planning, ensuring timely and secure deliveries, maintaining communication with dispatchers, and adhering to traffic laws and company protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in riding a motorcycle and possessing a valid rider’s permit
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Basic literacy skills for understanding delivery instructions and documenting completed tasks
• Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role is an advantage
• Strong customer service orientation
