Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and goods to specified locations.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  
• Ensure that packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including recipient details and time of delivery.
• Keep the motorcycle in good working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Communicate with the office team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered on the road.
• Follow all traffic laws and ensure the safety of the public while on duty.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and adhering to delivery schedules.
• Perform other duties as required by management, such as running errands or making pickups on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE (Senior Secondary School Certificate).
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Dispatch Rider.
• A valid Rider's Permit/License.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and Ogun routes and traffic laws.
• Ability to operate and maintain a motorcycle effectively.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must have a smartphone with Google Maps for navigation.
• Ability to read and write basic reports.
• Punctual and reliable with good time-management skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.

Remuneration: NGN 60,000-70,000 Airtime - 5,000 with additional bonuses based on performance.
