Role Description
Salary: NGN 100,000 - 150,000 per month
Weekly Bonus: NGN 10,000 (subject to meeting daily targets)
Benefits: Medical insurance covering family of up to 5 members
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Grata Dankbar in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching tasks efficiently, communicating with drivers and customers, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and handle customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication in English and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
