Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Call and convert leads generated from distributor ads into active distributors.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
- Regularly engage with distributors to understand their needs and provide support.
- Ensure distributor satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service.
- Handle all distributor transactions, including orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Consistently encourage distributors to increase their orders.
- Implement strategies to boost sales through the distributor network.
- Monitor and track distributor activities and performance.
- Generate regular reports on distributor performance and relationship progress.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to align distribution strategies with overall sales goals.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience as a distribution manager
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to meet set targets
- BSc. in any relevant field
