Job Summary

The File Organizer will be responsible for the organization, filing and management of various financial documents of the company to ensure the accuracy and security of the documents. This position requires high standards of work meticulousness and organizational skills, and can support the document management needs of the company's daily operations

  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and archive various financial documents generated by the company daily, including contracts, invoices, reports, etc.
  • Maintain and update the document management system to ensure that the classification and storage of all documents meet company standards.
  • Regularly check and organize the archives to ensure the orderliness and easy search of documents.
  • Assist relevant departments in finding and accessing required documents to ensure accurate and timely information transmission.
  • Responsible for the proper storage of confidential documents to ensure information security and compliance.
  • Support superiors to complete other work tasks related to document management.


Requirements:

  • College degree or above, archives management, secretarial, or related majors are preferred.
  • 1-2 years of document management or related work experience, with a background in the financial industry preferred.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills and a meticulous work attitude, and be able to handle a large number of documents and maintain efficient management.
  • Have a high sense of responsibility for information security and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate effectively with different departments.
  • Fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
