Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and maintain assigned vehicles.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and cargo.
- Plan and optimize routes for efficient transportation.
- Load and unload goods or assist passengers as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with any inquiries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents to management immediately.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Familiarity with GPS and navigation systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a specific type of driving, e.g., delivery, chauffeur, long-haul
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
