Driver

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the Company to and from various locations, including meetings, appointments, events, and other destinations.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of personel and other road users.
• Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel, considering traffic conditions and potential delays.
• Utilize GPS navigation systems and other resources to determine the most efficient routes.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, both inside and out.
• Perform regular vehicle checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and lights.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for use at all times.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the Company's appointments and travel needs.
• Ensure punctuality and timely arrival at all destinations.
• Communicate effectively with the Company regarding schedule changes or delays.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Company's activities, conversations, and sensitive information.
• Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items as needed.
• Run errands as requested by the Company.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid and clean driver's license.
• 2+ years of professional driving experience, preferably as a driver for a high-level executive.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Strong navigation skills and proficiency in using GPS navigation systems.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles.
• Defensive driving certification.
• Knowledge of basic security protocols.
