We are looking to hire a Driver who will be responsible for delivering goods, documents, or food items to customers within an assigned route, using a motorcycle or vehicles. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent time management, and customer service skills. Riders are expected to ensure timely deliveries and handle items with care.

Job Description/Requirements
- Transport goods, documents, or food items to designated locations quickly and safely.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made according to schedule and instructions provided by the dispatcher or customer.
- Follow a planned route to ensure efficient deliveries and avoid delays.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist with any delivery-related inquiries and provide updates on delivery status when necessary.
- Ensure that all items are delivered in excellent condition and with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Safely operate a motorcycle, bicycle, or another two-wheeled vehicle to complete deliveries.
- Ensure that the vehicle is properly maintained, including checking the tire pressure, oil levels, and fuel.
- Ensure that the vehicle is clean and well presented at all times.
- Plan and follow the most efficient route to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and adhere to delivery schedules while being flexible enough to handle last-minute changes or urgent deliveries.
- Monitor traffic conditions, construction, or other potential delays to adjust the route accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company safety protocols while riding.
- Wear the required protective gear (helmet, gloves, etc.) and encourage safe practices during riding.
- Follow any regulations specific to the type of items being delivered (e.g., food safety standards).
- Handle items with care during loading, unloading, and transport to prevent damage.
- Verify that the correct items are being delivered to the correct address by checking delivery receipts or customer orders.
- Use tracking systems or apps to log deliveries and confirm successful drops.
- Keep in touch with dispatch or supervisors to receive updates or new delivery assignments.
- Report any issues, delays, or accidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
- Record and report deliveries, including customer feedback, damages, or complaints.
- Maintain accurate logs of delivery times, fuel usage, and any other relevant data as requested.
- Valid rider’s license (where applicable) and experience operating motorcycles or bicycles.
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery areas.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle packages safely and securely.
- Basic knowledge of bike or motorcycle maintenance.
- Previous experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of mobile apps or GPS systems for delivery tracking.
- First aid or emergency response training.
- Ability to handle cash or digital payments (for cash-on-delivery roles).
