E-commerce Data Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in editing product listings (descriptions, meta descriptions, tags, and SEO optimizations).
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring product accuracy and visual appeal.
• Handle data processing tasks, including analyzing product performance and managing databases.
• Utilise Canva for basic design tasks such as social media visuals and product images.
• Work with Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word.
• Leverage AI tools to improve content creation and streamline tasks.
• Ensure data protection compliance when handling sensitive company information.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and marketing teams to support daily operations.

Requirements:

• Must be a university student with a strong academic record (please include your transcript or recent grades).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (data entry, analysis, and reporting functions).
• Strong data processing skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with website management and e-commerce platforms (basic knowledge is acceptable).
• Proficient in Canva for basic design tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and task automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
