Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize Wow Braids’ e-commerce website, Amazon store, and Etsy store to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency in product listings, descriptions, pricing, and branding across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each platform, implementing strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Stay up to date with platform-specific best practices, policies, and tools to maintain competitive positioning.
E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of all online channels, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected across all platforms.
- Manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Digital Marketing and Sales:
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for each platform, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal offers with marketing consultants across the website, Amazon, and Etsy to drive sales.
- Collaborate with consultants to leverage platform-specific advertising tools (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads) to boost product visibility and ROI.
Customer Experience and Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries and reviews across all platforms, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction across channels.
- Monitor feedback and reviews, using insights to refine the customer experience.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze performance reports for the website, Amazon, and Etsy stores to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management regularly.
- Use analytics tools to monitor customer behavior and refine strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, with specific experience with Shopify, Amazon or Etsy.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Etsy Ads.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies for driving traffic and increasing conversions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask across channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong track record of improving customer experiences.
- Knowledge of the beauty or fashion industry, particularly wigs or braided hair products, is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Experience using inventory management systems and integrating them with online platforms.
- Graphic design or photo editing skills for creating marketing assets.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs to drive channel growth.
