Job Summary
A Leading Cosmetics, Beauty, and Wellness Brand in Nigeria is recruiting for the post of Order Fulfillment and Controller in her Lagos Office. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Order Fulfillment & Controller, E-Commerce to join our team. You will be responsible for Processing all orders and ensuring all orders are accurately picked, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements. The candidate must be smart, ability to multi-task, have a thorough knowledge of the E-Commerce and Logistics Sector, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Process all orders and ensure all orders are accurately picked, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements
- Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process
- Liaise with the social media & community manager on product availability and ensure accurate information is given at all times.
- Work closely with the social media & community manager to resolve order-related issues and inquiries.
- Provide updates on order status and delivery timelines to the team.
- Coordinate with the inventory and procurement team to ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Assist in managing stock discrepancies and ensuring product availability for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping of orders
- Monitor the performance of shipping carriers and address any delivery issues
- Generate regular reports on order fulfillment metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as an E-Commerce Order Fulfillment expert
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Professionalism and reliability.
