Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Optimize the e-commerce platform to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive traffic.
  • Work with web developers and designers to ensure the site is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure a positive online shopping experience.
  • Manage and mentor the e-commerce and digital marketing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts and e-commerce operations.
  • Plan and oversee the acquisition of new sellers to the platform


Requirements:

  • 5 years of cognate experience
  • Degree in a related field
