We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, and Amazon. This remote, long-term position requires an individual with deep expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, driving traffic, and resolving any technical issues swiftly. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing Amazon shops as well, optimizing product listings, and running successful campaigns on all platforms.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of Shopify, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, and Amazon stores.
- Build, manage, and optimize Amazon storefronts, including product listings, SEO, and inventory management.
- Handle customer orders, queries, and technical or logistical issues across all platforms.
- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive traffic and boost sales on all platforms.
- Ensure all product listings are optimized for search visibility, conversions, and customer experience.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- Stay current on e-commerce trends and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and enhance store performance.
- Think creatively to introduce new strategies to increase conversions, traffic, and user experience.
- Provide technical support for the smooth operation of the stores, including troubleshooting issues with integrations or third-party tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Shopify, TikTok Shop, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, and Amazon.
- Experience in Amazon shop creation, optimization, and management, with a successful track record of driving sales.
- In-depth understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
- Strong technical skills to troubleshoot and optimize store performance across platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in developing and executing strategies.
- Prior experience managing a drop-shipping store is highly desirable.
- Must have your own computer, software, and AI tools to carry out the work.
- Reliable VPN connection is required for remote work.
