Early Childhood Education Administrator and Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning content that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Oversee the overall operations and management of the early childhood education program, including curriculum development, staff coordination,  resource management, and ensuring the program meets educational standards and regulations.
• Create and structure a learning journey that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Develop and deliver relevant, engaging content that empowers parents, helping them understand child development and implement effective learning strategies.
•  Assess children's progress through observations and tailored developmental milestones.
•  Collaborate with other teams to continuously enhance the educational experience and curriculum.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in early childhood education or a related field, with a focus on creating engaging educational content and activities suitable for children.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
• Familiarity with various teaching methodologies, including play-based and inquiry-based learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with young children and their parents.
• Minimum academic qualification of HND (An MSc or certifications in Early Childhood Education, Child  Development, or a related field will be an added advantage).

Location: Full-time Remote

Remuneration: NGN 400,000- 800,000 depending on experience and scope of work.
