Job Summary
An Early Years Educator supports the development and well-being of children aged 0-5 by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. They plan and deliver activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), observe and assess children's progress, and work closely with families to promote learning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage development across all learning areas.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, identifying individual needs and tailoring learning approaches.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development and share insights with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure collaborative support for children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children by complying with safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
- Create a positive, inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and encourages curiosity and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices and improve educational outcomes.
Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 in an educational or care setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories and practical teaching strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Understanding of safeguarding policies and health and safety standards.
- Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for nurturing young learners.
- Ability to plan and organize engaging learning activities while adapting to individual needs.
