Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create a supportive learning environment which fosters inquiry, creativity, thinking and independence that ensures learners meet their learning goals.
- Understand the use of phonics to introduce learners to reading.
- Teach the learners the important rules of word problems, problem-solving quantitative reasoning skills, and also the use of mental strategy and its diverse methods.
- Identify learners with special requirements and create individualized plans.
- Plan and implement lessons to stimulate the learners' development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the learning and implementation of best practices.
- Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
- Oversee the learners’ progress by tracking their assignments and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess B.Ed Degrees or NCE
- 2 - 4 years’ relevant work experience.
- Deep Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
- Possess a patient and resilient personality.
- Strong dedication to students and a passion for education.
- Excellent written, and oral communication and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to professional development.
