Editor

• Write four (4) articles daily across various categories (politics, lifestyle, career, entertainment, etc.).
• Edit and proofread all content for accuracy, grammar, and engagement.
• Ensure hyperlinking and SEO optimization to boost website visibility.

Writer Recruitment & Management:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage freelance writers via the website and magazine.
• Track article submissions and ensure quality control.
• Enforce deadlines and maintain an efficient editorial workflow.

Strategic Content Planning:

• Develop and implement a quarterly editorial calendar aligned with business goals.
• Incorporate national and international events, trends, and awareness days.
• Collaborate with social media, sales, and ESG teams to ensure content supports brand partnerships and revenue streams.

Audience Growth & Engagement:

• Drive magazine subscriptions and digital downloads through compelling content.
• Implement strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and visibility.
• Leverage social media and cross-platform promotions to reach the 16-50 target audience.

Event & Webinar Support:

• Support editorial presence at Inside Success webinars and live event coverage.
• Conduct interviews and contribute content for magazine exclusives.

Revenue & Growth Contribution

• Align editorial strategies with advertising, sponsorships, and partnership goals.
• Ensure that content drives AdSense revenue, magazine sales, and website subscriptions.

Requirements:

• BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
• At least 2 years of working experience as an Editor

• Article output: 4 well-researched, engaging articles per day.
