GSRA - Global Skills Recruitment Agency is seeking for our client, an experienced Education Marketing and Admission Specialist with a strong background in student recruitment and international university admissions processing.

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in marketing educational institutions, particularly secondary and sixth form schools, along with specialized knowledge of both UK and US university application systems.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract prospective students to the secondary and sixth form programs.

• Execute effective physical marketing campaigns through open days, school visits, and community engagement.

• Manage all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and student engagement.

• Guide students through the university application process for international institutions.

• Process US university applications through Common App, including essay guidance and document submission.

• Manage UK university applications through UCAS, including personal statement support and application tracking.

• Establish and maintain relationships with university admissions departments worldwide.

• Track conversion metrics and optimize recruitment strategies based on data analytics.

• Stay current with international education trends and admissions requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in education marketing, specifically for secondary /sixth form institutions.

• Demonstrated success in student recruitment campaigns.

• Proven experience processing international student applications through Common App (US) and UCAS (UK).

• Strong understanding of international university admission requirements.

• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• International education certification or training.

• Experience with CRM systems for education recruitment.

• Multilingual capabilities.

• Previous experience working within an educational institution.
