We’re looking for dynamic, proactive Sales Representatives to join our team. This commission-based role offers significant earning potential, with a commission structure designed to reward experience. While we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, those with experience in the education sector or sales can qualify for enhanced commission rates, determined after the interview. Candidates should be reliable, responsive, and familiar with tools like Notion or Monday for efficient task management and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Connect with prospective students and educational institutions, assess their needs, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Sales Promotion: Promote our educational services effectively, building and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.

• Market Research: Stay current on education trends and identify opportunities to enhance our sales approach.

• Networking: Represent Jaleos at fairs, events, and educational conferences to broaden our client network.

• Customer Support: Offer top-tier service throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for students and institutions.

• Collaboration: Coordinate with the recruitment team to strategize on student placements in appropriate programs.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to your growth and Jaleos Educational Consult's success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in education or sales is advantageous and can lead to higher commission rates.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Basic familiarity with the education sector is beneficial but not required.

• Proficiency in digital tools, particularly Notion or Monday, for streamlined communication and organization.
