Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations
- Maintenance and optimization of SGX Mobility's hub infrastructure, including electric mobility charging and swapping stations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in a technical management role, preferably in electric mobility, renewable energy, or related industries.
- Install swapping stations 2-3 times weekly.
- Be prepared for on-the-go work.
- Experience or knowledge in solar installation (mini grids).
- Established vendor relationships for technical support.
- Ability to manage subcontractors.
- Proficiency in system diagnostics, maintenance, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with electric charging infrastructure and energy management systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
