First Class Group Limited provides cooling support services through the installation, and maintenance of comfort cooling room and package air conditioners, as well as high-performance heating and ventilation air conditioning units (HVAC’s). The company offers facility management services to major telecom networks in Nigeria.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer located in Lagos. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for client account management.

• Inventory management of all cooling units on clients’ sites.

• Responding to Request For Proposals (RFP) and Request For Quotation (RFQ) issued by purchasing customers and ensuring the best proposal and quote possible.

• Analysing project cost implication/profitability and preparing quotations.

• Carrying out inspections on site and ensuring that the project survey contains adequate information on the project(s) to be carried out.

• Monitor Job progression, and ensure that a Job Completion Certificate (JCC) is signed upon Job completion.

• Compiling signed JCC and forwarding same to the Finance department for the purpose of processing payment or documentation.

• Interpretation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and determining deliverables.

• Ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance standards are met.

• Raising, seeking customer approval, and monitoring change requests for all routine and corrective maintenance for successful execution.

• Critical alarms management in all clients’ site(s) using our onsite Technicians.

• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.

• Collecting and compiling operational reports from clients’ sites(s) and analyzing same to determine performance of cooling units.

BSC/HND
