Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineering Specialist at IDEAS Engineering Services Ltd. The role will involve tasks such as the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of various electrical systems and instruments for commercial and industrial clients in Lagos.
- Required Skills
- Good knowledge in Low voltage and Hight voltage electrical equipment
- Good knowledge in installation, commissioning and maintenance of low voltage and high voltage electric motors, Variable Frequency Drive, transformer, soft starter,
- Good knowledge in process control instruments, lighting materials, low voltage and high
- voltage cables, communications cables and
- Experience with procurement and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of industry-specific electrical standards and certifications.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to create and deliver effective sales presentations.
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience working in the cement, oil and gas, or manufacturing industries.
