Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Repairing faulty or broken wall sockets
- Repairing damaged or loose light switches
- General household electrical fittings and fixtures
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues quickly and safely
- Installing or upgrading lighting, wiring, sockets, etc.
- Making sure everything runs smoothly across our properties
- Responding to urgent calls from tenants or the office
Requirements:
- Certification or diploma in a relevant electrical field
- A good understanding of safety standards and electrical systems
- Someone who’s dependable, quick on their feet, and gets the job done
