Eletrical Technicain

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting systems, switches, and circuit breakers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as motors, transformers, and relays.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, or other technicians to complete projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or certification in Electrical Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as an electrician or electrical technician.
• strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with control panels, distribution boards, and power systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards in electrical environments.
• Must have pre-commissioning experience
  

Working Conditions:

• Work may be performed indoors or outdoors, depending on the project.
• Exposure to electrical hazards, heights, noise, and varying weather conditions.
• May involve standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.
• Requires wearing PPE and following strict safety protocols.
• May require shift work, overtime, or weekend assignments based on project needs.
