Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Engage High-End Clients: Utilize your network and industry connections to find and engage potential high-end clients interested in our security, IoT, solar, and smart office solutions. Use your understanding of luxury clientele to tailor your approach.
  • Demonstrate Product Value: Conduct exclusive, personalized in-home demonstrations and presentations that showcase the unparalleled benefits of our comprehensive solutions. Your ability to articulate the value of our products will be key to closing sales.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction while contributing to our mission of excellence. Utilize your interpersonal skills to foster trust and loyalty among clients.
  • Close High-Value Sales: Utilize your sales acumen to close deals and consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets. Your goal is to not only achieve sales but to exceed expectations in a competitive market.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation:
    • Effective Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, social media, and referrals. Your ability to generate leads will be crucial in achieving sales goals.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly, fostering trust and creating a personalized experience that leads to sales.
    • Performance Tracking: Regularly review your sales performance and adapt your strategies to optimize results. Leverage data and analytics to improve your approach continually.


Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: 3 years of demonstrated success in luxury goods or technology sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High-End Clientele Network: Existing network of high-end clients or the ability to cultivate relationships with affluent individuals. You should be comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Persuasive Communicator: Exceptional ability to present products persuasively and build lasting relationships with luxury clients. Your communication skills will be critical in establishing rapport.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with smart home technology and able to convey its benefits compellingly to clients. Your knowledge will inspire confidence in potential buyers.
  • Remote Work Capabilities: Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, utilizing technology for communication and sales tracking. Performance will be monitored remotely, so self-motivation and discipline are essential.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Skills in identifying potential clients through personal networks, social media engagement, and participation in industry events. You should be able to develop innovative strategies for generating leads and closing sales.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly, fostering trust and creating a personalized experience.
  • Evidence of Previous Accomplishments: Candidates are required to submit written evidence of their past sales achievements or accomplishments. This could include sales reports, awards, client testimonials, or any other documentation that demonstrates your success in previous roles.


Locations: Abuja, Port Harcourt and Lagos. However, candidates with proven experience can apply even without residing in these 3 locations mentioned.
