Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage users, and drive conversions.

  • Write persuasive, on-brand email copy that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with Klevademy’s tone and voice.

  • Design, implement, and optimize automated email campaigns (e.g., welcome series, onboarding, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns).

  • Manage and segment email lists using CRM tools to ensure targeted and personalized communication.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall business goals.

  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, best practices, and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to email delivery, automation, or CRM integration.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in email marketing, copywriting, and email automation.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign).

  • Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns.

  • Solid understanding of email marketing metrics and A/B testing methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
