Job Summary
We seek to hire a qualified candidate for this role. The Employee Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace culture. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, HR teams, and employees to create initiatives that support retention, communication, and employee well-being.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company-wide employee engagement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to assess employee needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives that promote a strong, positive company culture focused on teamwork, inclusion, and innovation.
- Coordinate effective performance management systems that encourage employee development.
- Develop and implement relevant programs that foster continuous learning and skills development among employees.
- Analyze employee engagement data and feedback, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Plan and manage team-building activities to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships between employees and departments.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement to continuously improve our programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources and employee engagement roles.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in improving employee engagement and overall workplace culture.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking skills.
- People-oriented and results-driven
