Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with Aturbridge’s brand voice and mission.
- Create diverse content formats (captions, carousels, reels, graphics, etc.) tailored for each platform.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
- Manage Aturbridge’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring daily posts and consistent audience interaction.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a strong online community.
- Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide weekly performance reports with improvement strategies.
- Support in the planning and promotion of events, webinars, and workshops.
- Build and nurture connections with our community of female entrepreneurs, clients, and followers.
- Work closely with the program manager and other team members to align content with business goals.

- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on audience feedback and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or relevant experience).
- Proven experience in content writing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for detail in crafting engaging content.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Business Suite) and design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Passionate about empowering women in business and aligned with Aturbridge’s mission.
