- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate clear, concise, and data-driven reports.
- Familiarity with infrastructure design, construction processes, and relevant industry regulations.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
