Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine our MCP server implementation
- Build document management system connectors
- Implement secure authentication and data handling capabilities
- Create the technical foundation for our product
- Optimize for performance and security in professional service environments
- Document APIs and implementation details for the developer community
- Work closely with the Director of Engineering on architecture and technical direction
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience, particularly in integration development
- Proficiency in TypeScript (primary) and Python (secondary)
- Experience with modern AI and DevOps stacks
- Knowledge of API design and security best practices
- Experience with document handling systems preferred
- Understanding of authentication protocols and secure data handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Familiarity with MCP or willingness to quickly become an expert
