Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled B2B Study Abroad consultants to manage and oversee Nigerian study abroad consultancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these consultancies and will be accountable for the enrollment of students into universities.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with study-abroad consultancies in Nigeria.
Work closely with these consultancies to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary information about universities and the enrollment process.
Develop marketing strategies to attract students to enroll in universities.
Conduct outreach to students and assist with the enrollment process.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all student enrollments and provide regular reports to management.
Keep up-to-date with developments in the international education market and provide recommendations for improving enrollment processes.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masterʼs degree in a relevant field
1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Extreme ownership in work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
