Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live and pre-recorded content to audiences in a clear, fluent, and professional manner.
- Host shows, webinars, or events, maintaining high levels of audience engagement and interaction.
- Present educational, promotional, or informational material with clarity and precision, ensuring effective communication of key messages.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and content creators to prepare scripts, segments, and visuals for presentations.
- Adapt presentation styles to suit various platforms, including TV, online streaming, radio, and social media.
- Respond to audience feedback, questions, and comments during live events or broadcasts.
- Maintain a professional on-air presence, ensuring all content is delivered in a manner that aligns with the brand’s tone and values.
- Participate in rehearsals, training, and team meetings as necessary to ensure high-quality production.
- Stay updated with current trends in media and content delivery to improve presentation skills and audience engagement.
- Assist with content creation, scriptwriting, or idea generation for future programming.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a presenter, host, or public speaker, preferably in a media, broadcasting, or similar setting.
- Strong ability to engage audiences and deliver content in an interesting and relatable way.
- Excellent pronunciation, diction, and clarity in speech.
- Ability to work with teleprompters, microphones, and other broadcasting tools.
- Comfortable with live broadcasting and interacting with an audience in real time.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A professional appearance and confident on-camera presence.
- A degree/diploma or relevant experience in media, communications, broadcasting, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and live-streaming technologies.
- Multilingual capabilities or proficiency in additional languages is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of video editing software or the ability to create content for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or streaming software.
