English Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Teaching Skills: Develop and deliver lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
• Engage Students with Interactive Lessons: Use creative and engaging methods, such as discussions, group activities, and multimedia resources, to make learning enjoyable.
• Develop Lesson Plans: Prepare structured lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and support students in achieving language proficiency.
• Assess Student Progress: Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and other assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment: Maintain an inclusive, safe, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning.
• Individualized Support: Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, providing extra support where needed to help them achieve language goals.
• Collaborate with Faculty: Work closely with other teachers and staff to support students’ holistic development and academic success.
• Communicate with Parents: Provide regular updates on student progress and work with parents to reinforce language skills at home.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum of NCE
• Teaching Experience: Experience teaching English, 
• Certification: Teaching certification or relevant qualification in English language instruction
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
• Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring students to learn and succeed.
• Classroom Management Skills: Ability to maintain a positive, well-organized classroom.
