English Teacher

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to children aged 5-17.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that covers grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

Curriculum Development:

• Create age-appropriate lesson plans and educational materials.
• Incorporate a variety of teaching resources, including books, multimedia, and interactive activities.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of students, providing feedback and additional support as needed.

Classroom Management (Physical & Virtual):

• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom. Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively
• Encourage a respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.

Parental Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns. 
• Provide guidance on how parents can support their children's learning at home.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest teaching methods and educational trends. 
• Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of students.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an English Teacher with a strong portfolio showcasing teaching achievements and innovative teaching methods.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in teaching English as a second language (ESL).
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Knowledge of child psychology and development.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent understanding of English grammar, vocabulary, and language conventions.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Creativity in lesson planning and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
