We are recruiting to fill the position of an Entry Level Lawyer (Business and HR)

Generally Requirements

Educational Background:

  • The ideal candidates should hold a Law degree with a minimum of 3 years of post-call experience and strong academic credentials, including at least a 2nd class upper in both Law School and University (for entry level except 0-1 year experience).
  • Proven Track Record:

  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, communication, research, and problem-solving skills is paramount.
  • The ideal candidate should showcase a proven track record of producing high-quality written materials, effectively communicating complex ideas, conducting research, and efficiently resolving intricate issues.
  • Specific Requirements:

  • Very strong Interest in other roles outside of the traditional Legal profession: Our preferred candidate is someone who is highly adaptable and open to pursuing opportunities beyond the traditional legal profession. Flexibility and a willingness to learn and excel in a non-legal domain is a key consideration.
  • Intellectual Aptitude: We seek individuals with a high level of intelligence and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the capacity to grasp intricate concepts swiftly and apply critical thinking effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A strong problem-solving ability is a key requirement. The candidate should be adept at identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in conducting legal research and analysis is essential.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is paramount. The candidate should exhibit a meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all written materials.
