Job Summary

Our client is looking to hire an EPC Sales Representative. You will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to EPC companies. You will educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy, assess their energy needs, and design customized solar solutions to meet those needs. Your primary goal will be to increase solar adoption, contribute to sustainable energy initiatives, and drive business growth for our company.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong networks with the clients, and originate EPC sales pipeline.
  • Possesses and cultivates long-term relationships with key management personnel within the clients and partners.
  • Keep track of sales activities, including recording sales, preparing reports, and providing feedback to the management
  • Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental benefits, and available incentives or rebates
  • Explain the solar installation process, system components, and financing options to potential customers
  • Support to resolve customer issues and address any challenges that arise during the sales process
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure business goals are achieved
  • Analyze and comprehend the market dynamics and needs


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 5 years of cognate experience in Sales preferably in the Solar industry.
  • Must have prior experience with a Solar OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • Strong network with EPC (Energy, Procurement, and Construction) companies.
  • Familiarity with solar energy products, systems, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers
