Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estate Officer at Propertyvileji.ng located in Lekki, with flexibility for some remote work. The Estate Officer will be responsible for overseeing property management, maintaining and improving real estate properties, liaising with tenants and contractors, and ensuring optimal occupancy rates. Additionally, the Estate Officer will assist in lease agreements, property valuations, and financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Property Management, Real Estate Maintenance, and Tenant Management skills
- Contractor Management and Lease Agreement knowledge
- Property Valuation and Financial Reporting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
