  • Lead Generation: You will generate useful lead for the sales team, brainstorm ideas, and execute strategies that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Social Media Strategy: You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn to grow the brand's online presence and engagement.
  • Content Scheduling & Publishing: You will plan, schedule, and post engaging content, ensuring consistency in messaging and frequency to maintain brand visibility.
  • Community Engagement: You will engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering active participation through polls, Q&As, and challenges.
  • Influencer Collaboration: You will manage influencer partnerships and oversee influencer-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and goals.
  • Campaign Management: You will coordinate and manage social media campaigns from ideation to execution, working closely with internal teams to align with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting: You will track performance metrics like engagement, follower growth, and lead generation. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future content and strategies.
  • Trend Analysis: You will stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate new tactics to keep the brand's social presence fresh and innovative.

The ideal candidate is/has

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management, with a track record of building and engaging online communities and generating useful leads
  • Expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly with Instagram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience fostering community engagement through interactive content like polls and Q&As.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for visual storytelling and content creation.
  • Analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with content creators, designers, and marketing specialists.
