Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facility and Event Management: Oversee the operations of the event center, ensuring smooth execution of all events.
- Staff Supervision: Manage up to four staff members, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Customer Service: Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the facility is always clean and well-maintained.
- Technology and Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and record-keeping.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to increasing the number of successful events and enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in event space management, facility management, or customer service.
- Strong leadership and management abilities with little to no supervision required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field is required.
