Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Production:
- Develop and execute detailed event production plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, lighting, staging, and décor.
- Translate client needs into innovative event designs and experiences that align with their vision.
Client Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand event objectives and provide creative solutions.
- Present event concepts, mood boards, and production designs for client approval.
Vendor and Team Coordination:
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Oversee internal teams, including designers, technicians, and on-site staff, to deliver seamless execution.
- Ensure all technical elements, such as AV, lighting, and sound, are effectively integrated into the event.
Execution and Quality Control:
- Supervise event setup, live operations, and teardown, ensuring adherence to the plan.
- Address on-site challenges and implement solutions in real time.
- Maintain the highest standards of design and production, ensuring events exceed client expectations.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor event budgets and optimize resources for cost-effective execution.
- Identify opportunities to maximize client value while adhering to financial constraints.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Conduct debriefs to evaluate event performance and client satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports, including feedback, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement.
